I love Track personally

Ashton Bishop from GC and Brittant Killough from Kelly will put on shows and likely bring home state titles in their respective races..

Cedric Mitchell can run the 110 HH well and Delmas Lawson and The Pinkstons are pretty good at the 100 Meters put those 4 together and you have one hell of a relay team. Pound usually feilds a competetive boys and girls team.. they did lose alot though

as far as the field events im pretty clueless but you can bet I will be at some meets this year

A whole team of PV girls orrrr errr ASthon Bishop.. It takes a whole team to compete with the points she brings in alone

The Twin Springs Girls handed it to GC for 2 or 3 years straight. I wouldn't hedge a bet on GC Girls winning region. They are always strong but track can be a different story.

After reading some of your previous posts - conversing as well with this fightin' hokie - I've come to the conclusion you're an angry little man with some serious emotional/mental issues when it comes to high school athletics.
